The short version: we collect what we need to quote and do your job, we don’t sell it, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Who we are

What we collect and why
- Quote & booking requests — name, phone number, postcode, optional email and job details. Used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and schedule work.
- Call and WhatsApp records — if you contact us directly, we keep a note of the conversation to manage your job.
- Certificates — completed electrical certificates include the installation address and are retained as required by NICEIC scheme rules.
What we don’t do
- No selling or renting your data to anyone, ever.
- No marketing lists — we only contact you about your own enquiry or job.
- No third-party advertising cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become jobs are deleted after 12 months. Job records and certificates are kept for 6 years, in line with insurance and scheme requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion (subject to the retention rules above). Email hello@fuseandflow.co.uk and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
